Amiriy is a private, membership-based network designed for individuals seeking meaningful, long-term relationships with the intention of marriage. Amiriy is not a casual dating platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Amiriy. By applying, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Access to Amiriy is subject to a selection process. Amiriy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
Amiriy also reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
Amiriy provides curated introductions between members. We do not guarantee compatibility, outcomes, or relationship success.
Members are expected to behave respectfully and honestly within the Amiriy network.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading identity information
• Uploading photos that do not clearly represent the member
• Explicit sexual content or inappropriate material
• Commercial promotion or solicitation
• Collection, copying, or misuse of another member’s personal information
• Attempts to bypass moderation, admission, or platform restrictions
Amiriy reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently revoke membership in order to preserve member safety, authenticity, and platform quality.
Membership is billed on a recurring subscription basis and renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate access. Membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Pricing, membership benefits, promotional access, and referral programs may change over time at Amiriy’s discretion.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the service has not been fully performed.
By activating your membership and using Amiriy, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost once the service is fully performed.
Due to the nature of digital membership access, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
In certain situations, Amiriy may offer refunds at its sole discretion.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Amiriy collects and uses personal information to provide and improve the service.
Amiriy provides introductions between members but does not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, engagement levels, responses, or marriage.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions and decisions, whether online or offline.
While Amiriy takes reasonable steps to preserve authenticity and safety, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by members.
Amiriy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the integrity of the platform.
Amiriy may use automated systems and moderation tools to improve introductions, platform quality, safety, fraud prevention, and member experience.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Amiriy constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
